The Luong Family would like to welcome you to our new restaurant location in Ambleside, West Vancouver. We want to give our patrons an experience of authentic, traditional Vietnamese cuisine. We use only fresh ingredients, sourced locally as well as exotic spices to give our varied dishes a true taste of our homeland. We hope you enjoy your dining experience with us.
Introduction to Phở - Traditional Vietnamese Soups
Phở (pronounced “Fa”) is a delicious traditional Vietnamese noodle soup made with beef or chicken stock. The stocks are slow-simmered for over 12 hours, then a variety of fresh ingredients like cilantro, white onions, and special Vietnamese spices are added, along with rice noodles and a variety of meats according to your order. One Phở you will want to try is the unique spicy Peanut-Saté Phở. This is the owner’s specialty and it can’t be found anywhere else. Once you try any of these delicious soups, we know you will be back for more!
